晚期视神经炎疗效分析

摘　　要：以中药为主治疗视神经炎５３例９５只眼，其中８５只眼属晚期病例。按不同病因分４组统计疗效，以感染组疗效最好（９４．１％）。４组有效率比较，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．００），说明治疗的效果和病因有关。Fifty three patients(95 eyes)of optic neuritis were treated primarily using TCM. Eighty flve of them belonged to later course. According to pathogeny,they were divided into fourgroups and the curative effecfs were analysed statistically The effect was best in the infectiousgroup(94.1%)The elfective ratio of the four gromps were different signiflcantly(P<0.00l).Thisresulf showed that the curative effect was correlated to the pathogeny.
