补肾泻肝方对再生障碍性贫血患者Nka.IL—2和T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：30例再生障碍性贫血,按中医辨证分为脾肾阳虚和脾虚阴亏二型,给予温肾泻肝方,滋肾泻肝方治疗一年,观察治疗前后Nka,IL-2和T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,并比较了有效病例与无效病例Nka、IL-2、T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果发现:补肾泻肝方具有增加Nk活性,降低IL-2和T_8细胞的作用,且一年有效率与T_4/T_8恢复正常率、Nk细胞活性有关。认为Nk活性变化可作为观察再生障碍性贫血免疫治疗疗效的指标。T_8水平的降低与Nk细胞活性变化有关,推测补肾泻肝方治疗再生障碍性贫血是通过调整细胞免疫功能,同时刺激造血干细胞生长而起作用的。Patients (SOcase)with aplastic anemia,were divided in to two groups according to differentiation of TCM < deficiency of spleen - yang and kidney - yang, deficiency of spleen and impairment of yin- They were treated with warming kidney and purging liver -fire, nurishing kidney and purging liver - fire, meanwhile observing the changes of Nka. IL -2 and T Lymphocyte subpopulsation,Comparing the changes of Nka. IL - 2 and T Lymphoyte subpopulation in effective cases and in effective cases. The results showed that the toni-fying kidney and purging liver - fire prescription could increase Nka and lower the function of IL - 2 and Ts cells, the effective rate realted to Nka and T4/T8. Thus,the changes of Nka could be taken as the obser-vative index of curative effects of patients with aplastic anemia. All these Suggested that the tonifying kidney and purging liver fire prescription could treat aplastic anemia by means of regulating cellular immune function, meanwhile Stimulating the growth of hemopoietic stem cells.
