摘　　要：国际法上的条约必须信守原则是国际法的最重要的基本原则之一,本文通过对比自然法学派,实定法学派和规范法学派对其法效力根据的分析,拟得出一定的结论。'The treaty must be obeyed' is one of the most important principles in international law,the article makes contrast among the natural law school,the law school in fact,the law school of regulation,in order to draw the conclusion.
