摘　　要：目的探讨血小板源性生长因子(Platelet-derivedgrowthfactor,PDGF)在狼疮性肾炎(LN)肾小球病理改变中的作用。方法选择18例狼疮患者肾组织与6例正常肾组织,应用免疫组织化学方法检测血小板源性生长因子BB亚型(PDGF-BB)在肾小球中的表达。结果LN患者肾小球PDGF-BB表达绝对量和相对量均较正常组显著增高(P<0.001);不同病理类型LN肾小球PDGF-BB表达量不同,以IV型LN为最高,总体上增殖型LN肾小球PDGF-BB表达量高于非增殖型狼疮肾炎患者(P<0.001);LN患者肾小球PDGF-BB表达绝对量和相对量均与肾小球细胞数呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论PDGF在LN的细胞增生和炎症浸润过程中发挥一定作用,可能是造成不同LN病理类型的中间因素之一。Objective To study the role of Palatelete-derived growth factor (PDGF) in glomerular injure of lupus nephritis (LN).Methods The expression of PDGF-BB in glomerular was examined by immunohistochemical technique in kidney organs of 18 patients with LN and 6 normal controls.Results Glomerular PDGF-BB expression in LN was upregulated significantly when compared to normal controls( P <0.001).Glomerular PDGF-BB expression was different among different pathological type of LN,and the highest was found in type IV LN.The expression of PDGF-BB in proliferated LN was higher than those in the non-proliferated LN( P <0.001).The number of glomerular PDGF-BB positive cells was correlated positively to the number of glomerular cells( P <0.001).Conclusion PDGF may participate in glomerular cells proliferation and inflammatory cells infiltration in LN,and may be on factor in the different pathological type formation of LN.
