混合皮试法在免疫治疗中的运用

摘　　要：目的探讨皮度法在免疫治疗中运用的效果。方法在选择脱敏起始浓度时,在传统推荐浓度的基础上,行混合皮试,择取最佳浓度开始脱敏;在脱敏过程中每进一级浓度时,首次均行皮试观察局部皮丘及红晕情况作为参考,并根据阳性反应情况适当调整浓度。结果治疗有效率达92%,其中症状消失的占38%,症状改善或明显改善的占54%。结论混合皮试法能准确地选择起始浓度,缩短起效时间,避免症状的复发。Objective To advance the immunity treatment effects of patients with irritability diease. Methods In selecting incept concentration of taking of sensitivity, to do mix-skin-test basing on tradition commend concentration and choosing the best concentration to begin to take of sensitivity. To per-advance stair concentration, fast to do skin-test and to observing circs of local skin mound and red giddy, and according the masculine reaction instance to propriety adjust concentration. Results In the 276 casese taking of sensitivity patient, the eflieiency rates was 92%, thereinto the rate of symptom disappearing was 38%, the rate of symptom improving or evidence improving was 54%, the effect was more satisfaction. Conclusion The operation of mix-skin-test was simpleness and easy carrying out, It redound to observe bearing and enduring circs of taking of sensitivity patient and select right taking of sensitivity concentration .It can be regarded a supplement method of selecting grooming metc of taking of sensitivity. It has better value of clinical applying.
