摘  要:目的:测定丹栀逍遥丸中栀子苷、芍药苷、丹皮酚和甘草酸的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法,Hypersil ODS(5μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相:甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱(0→30 min,甲醇25%→95%,0.3%磷酸溶液75%→5%),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,柱温:40℃,检测器:DAD检测器,检测波长为栀子苷237 nm、芍药苷237 nm、丹皮酚274 nm、甘草酸250 nm。结果:栀子苷,芍药苷,丹皮酚和甘草酸的线性范围分别为0.20-0.70μg(r=0.9998),0.20-0.70μg(r=0.9996),0.08 -0.28μg(r=0.9999),0.30-1.05μg(r=0.9995)。平均加样回收率分别为101.5%,100.4%,100.4%,101.5%。结论:本法简捷,快速,可靠,可用于控制制剂质量。Objective:To develop a method for determining the contents of jasminoidin,paeoniflorin,paeonal and glycyrrhizic acid in Danzhi Xiaoyao pills. Methods:The analytical column was a Hypersil ODS column (5μm, 250 mm×4.6mm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0. 3% phosphoric acid aqueous solution. The gradient condition was 0→30 min,methanol 25%→95% and 0.3% phosphoric acid aqueous solution 75%→5% . The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 40℃. The detector was DAD. The detection wavelengths of jasminoidin, paeoniflorin, paeonal and glycyrrhizic acid were at 237,237,274 and 250 nm. Results:The calibration curves of jasminoidin, paeoniflorin, paeonal and glycyrrhizic acid were in good linearity over the ranges of 0.20-0.70μg(r= 0.9998),0.20 -0.70μg(r = 0. 9996) ,0. 08 -0. 28μg(r =0.9999) ,0.30-1.05μg(r = 0.9995), and the average recoveries were 101.5% , 100.4% , 100.4% , 101.5% respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid, reliable and can be used for the drug control.
