HPLC测定鼻敏滴鼻液中马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸麻黄碱及地塞米松磷酸钠的含量

摘　　要：目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法,测定鼻敏滴鼻液中马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸麻黄碱、地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法:采用Nucleodur C18(250 mmX4.6 mm,5 p,m)色谱柱,甲醇一0.025 tool·【J。磷酸二氧钾溶液为流动卡¨进行梯』叟洗脱,榆测波K为257 nm。结果:马来酸氯苯那敏、盐酸麻黄碱、地塞米松磷酸钠的线性范围分别为0.016—0.160 mg·m1."(r=0.9990), 0.191—1.910 mg·ml。"(r=0.9993),0.03—0.031 mg·m卜。(r:0.9991)。方法的ln]收率(n=3)分别为100.9%,100.8%, 99.02%;11内RSD分别为0.82%,0.40%,1.3%;日间RSD分别为0.87%,0.96%,0.74%。结论:该力‘法简便、快速、准确,能旧时测定吲1分含量。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorpheniramine, ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone in nans dorps simultaneously. Methods:The separation was carried out on a Nucleodur C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with a mobile phase of methanol -0.025 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (gradient elution from 30:70 to 60:40 in 20 minutes). The detection wavelength was 257 nm. Results:The standard curves were linear over the range of 0.016-0.160 mg·mL-1 for chlorpheniramine( r=0.9990) ;0.191 - 1.910mg·mL for ephedrine hydrochloride (r =0. 9993 ) and 0.03-0.031mg·mL for dexamethasone(r= 0.9991). The average recoveries (n=3) of chlorpheniramine, ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone were 100.9% ,100.8% and 99.02% respectively. The within - day RSD were 0.82% ,0.40% and 1.3%;the between -day RSD were 0. 87% ,0. 96% and 0. 74% respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible.
