摘　　要：简要介绍了济钢120t转炉高效加料系统的工艺流程,详细介绍了系统硬件和软件的构成、网络配置、通信、数据共享等功能。该系统投入运行后,由于采用了先进的计算机控制技术及网络技术,整个系统实现自动操作,且设备运行稳定可靠,大大提高了生产效率,减少了操作定员,完全满足生产的需求。Technological process of high efficiency charging system for 120 t converter of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Co is introduced.Hardware and software construction of the charging control system,network configuration,communication and data share function are descibed in detail.In the system,advanced com- puter control and network technology were adopted.After the system was put into operation,automatic opera- tion of the whole system was realized,equipment was run stably and reliably,production efficiency was im- proved,fixed number of operator was reduced,and production requirement was satisfied.
