摘 要:重庆江北机场航站楼钢结构由于结构复杂、体量大、构件重、跨内混凝土结构已先期完成、场地条件限制等原因,不宜常规吊装,采用“跨端组装,累积平移”的新工艺和计算机控制液压同步顶推技术进行施工,取得较好效益。本文介绍该工程的结构特点、施工难点、技术方案,以及施工阶段多工况结构分析、整体平移安装工艺、三向承力支承系统、减摩技术、计算机同步控制和姿态调节等关键技术与创新。The project presented in this paper was the steel structure of Chongqing Jiangbei airport hall. The specialty of the structure was complex in configuration, big in space and heavy in weight. Because the concrete structure was completed before the erection of the steel structure and the site for the erection was limited, the normal construction technique was inapplicable. So we used a new technique.The paper introduced the specialty of the structure, the difficulty in the erection,the analysis of the structure during installing stage, the translating for the whole structure, the supporting system, the technique for reducing the friction, the technique about the controlling of the erection with computer and the technique for adjusting the pose of the structure.
