恶性阻塞性黄疸患者外周血淋巴细胞IL－2产生及IL－2R表达

摘　　要：恶性阻塞性黄疸患者术后极易发生感染，甚至脓毒血症。本文研究了恶性阻在性黄疸患者外用血淋巴细胞ＩＬ－２产生及ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达能力的变化。结果显示：阻塞性黄疸患者外周血淋巴细胞ＩＬ－２产生能力明显下降，ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达也明显下降，恶性阻塞性黄疸患者外周血淋巴细胞ＩＬ－２生成能力及ＩＬ－ＺＲ表达受到明显抑制，与良性阻塞性黄疸组相比，差异具有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。恶性阻塞性黄疸患者免疫功能明显受抑，可能是其术后易发生感染甚至脓毒血症的重要原因。Patients with obstructive jaundice in general are highly susceptible to infection.The reason for this are not clear.This study investigated alteration of IL-2 production and IL-2R expression in patients with malignant obstructve jaundice.The results revealed that level of IL-2 production by lymphocytes and IL2R expression of lymphocytes were significantly depressed in patients with obstructiive jaundice.These changes were even more obvious than those with benign obstructive janudice (P<0.05).Critical immunodepression in patients with malignant obstructive jaundice may be the reason for high susceptibility to infection.
