摘  要:河坝1井是川东北地区的一口重点区域探井,完钻井深6130.00m。该井地质情况非常复杂,上部陆相地层高陡构造倾角大,坍塌严重;下部海相地层含多套压力系统,且存在含硫化氢的超高压天然气层、盐水层、盐膏层以及易漏失地层等,在钻井施工中出现多次井壁严重垮塌、井漏、喷漏同存、气侵,甚至出现卡钻等井下复杂情况和事故。深部井段由于钻井液密度高,钻井周期长,不但给钻井液的维护和处理带来了极大的困难,而且造成钻具、套管磨损严重。河坝1井采取了优选钻具组合、钻井参数、钻井液体系以及水泥浆体系等技术措施,并采用了系列钻井新工艺、新技术,历时1241.96d,钻至设计井深,发现了两个高压气层及数个含气层。详细介绍了该井钻井作业中存在的技术难点及采取的技术措施。The Heba 1 Well is a key exploration well located in northeastern Sichuan, its finish drilling depth is 6100m. The well has a very complicated geology conditions such as high and steep structure with large formation dip angle in the upper terrestrial formation, multi pressure systems in the lower marine strata containing overpressure natural gas with hydrogen sulfide, brine formation, salt gypsum layer, and easily leaking formations, etc. Troubles happened many times during drilling operations, including severe caving in, lost circulation, gas invasions, blowout while leaking, and even drill pipe sticking. In the deep hole section, high mud density and long drilling cycle result in severe casing abrasions as well as difficult mud maintenances. A lot of measures are taken while drilling the Heba 1 Well, such as optimizing BHA, drilling parameters, mud system, cement slurry, and employing novel drilling techniques and technologies. It is taken 1241. 96d for this well to drill to the planned depth. Two high pressure gas reservoirs and several gas bearing zones are discovered. The paper presents.in detail the drilling challenges encountered and technical measures taken while drilling this well.
