摘  要:河坝1井在钻进过程中,先后遇到了大段的盐膏层、低压漏失层、高压天然气层等复杂地层,地层压力层系复杂,而且井眼深、封固段长,固井作业难度大。该井综合应用了多种固井工艺技术,根据全井固井施工的突出特点,从长封固段固井、高压气层固井和防止水泥浆污染的技术措施3个方面,总结分析了固井施工的难点以及采取的固井工艺技术措施,包括双级固井、应用防窜高密度水泥浆体系、膨胀管封隔高压气层、平衡压力固井等,并对固井质量进行了评价分析。该井固井施工顺利,固井质量合格,对复杂条件下的深井和高压气井的固井施工具有一定的借鉴意义。Long gypsum zones, low pressure leakage zones, high pressure natural gas zones, etc. were penetrated while drilling the Heba 1 Well. Complicated formation pressures and long open hole interval make cementing job to be much more difficult. Many cementing techniques are integrated in this well because of its remarkable whole well cementing features, including cementing long hole, cementing high pressure gas zone, and preventing cement slurry from contaminations. This paper summaries and analyzes the cementing difficulties and technical measures including two stage cementing, anti-channeling high density cement slurry, sealing off high pressure gas zone by bulged tube, balanced pressure cementing, etc. The cementing quality is valuated also. The cementing operations are successful which provides references for cementing deep and ultra deep well with high pressure zone under complicated conditions.
