摘 要:根据大位移井中岩屑颗粒的受力分析结果,结合环空中固液两相流的流速分布规律,建立了岩屑滚动运移和悬浮运移时最小环空返速的计算模型,编制了井眼净化设计和实时监测软件,并应用于QHD32-6-A26h大位移井φ311.1mm井段和φ216.0mm井段井眼净化的设计和实时监测,给出了各井段滑动钻进和旋转钻进时的临界排量。井眼净化软件监测结果表明,φ311.1mm井眼1550-2200m井段,井眼净化不好,通过调整钻井液性能,及时采取应对措施,避免了粘附卡钻事故的发生,提高了钻井效率。在φ216.0mm井段施工过程中,由于实际返速一直大于临界返速,井眼净化状况良好。Based on forces acting on cuttings and annular velocity distribution of solid-liquid flow in annu-lus, the computing model of minimum annular velocity is developed for describing cuttings rolling and suspension transportation, a soft ware for hole cleaning design and real time monitoring is programmed also. The soft ware is used in both φ311. 1mm and φ216. 0mm hole sections in QHD32-6-A26h Well, presents specific critical flow rates for both sliding and rotary drilling progress. Hole cleaning monitoring results show that hole cleaning is poor in φ311. 1mm hole from 1550m to 2200m hole section. Regarding such scenario, such measures as controlling mud properties, etc. are taken so that pipe sticking is avoided and drilling efficiency is increased . As for φ216. Omm hole section, the hole cleaning is good due to the real annular velocity greater than critical annular velocity.
