摘  要:双河油田由于地层差异大,钻头选型困难,地层压力高,为防止钻井过程中发生溢流、井涌,须提高钻井液密度,但钻井液密度提高后,不但钻井液性能变差,而且造成机械钻速降低,从而导致钻井周期延长。为此,该油田制定了优选钻头类型、优化钻进参数、近平衡压力钻进、调整钻井液性能和预防井下事故的优快钻进技术措施。现场实践表明,该油田采取这些技术措施后,钻井液密度得到适当降低,机械钻速明显提高,钻井周期明显缩短。Drilling in the Shuanghe Oilfield, there are many challenges, including great formation variations, difficult bit selection, and high formation pore pressures. In order to prevent wells from overflow and kicks, mud density must be increased which will not only degrade mud rheology, but also decrease the ROP so that prolong the drilling cycle. Therefore, the oilfield establishes a series of technical measures for rapid and high quality drilling operations, including optimizing bit style and drilling parameters, approximate balanced drilling, controlling mud properties, and preventing downhole accidents, etc. Field applications show that mud density is reduced properly, the ROP is increased remarkably, drilling cycle is shortened obviously by employing above measures.
