摘 要:冀东油田G104-5区块馆陶组油藏具有胶结疏松,粘土矿物含量较低,渗透率、孔隙度较高,孔喉直径分布极不均匀的特点,分析了该区块水平井储层存在的潜在损害因素和保护油层的技术难点。针对该储层特性,通过室内试验优选出了3种钻井液体系,并对加入复配暂堵剂的钻井液进行了油层保护评价试验,结果表明,采用KCl-有机正电胶钻井液体系,应用“理想充填”理论确定的暂堵剂级配,可有效地减少钻井液对G104-5区块馆陶组油层的损害。在此基础上制定了G104-5P1井油层保护技术方案,现场应用表明,馆陶组疏松油层的损害大大减少,油井产量明显提高。The Guantao reservoir situated in the G104-5 Block in the Jidong Oilfield behaves unconsolidated bond, low mineral content, higher permeability and porosity, extreme uneven distribution of throats diameter. This paper analyzes the technical challenges to avoid the potential hazards in horizontal well deposit and protect the hydrocarbon zones. Based on above reservoir characteristics, three kinds of mud systems are optimized by lab tests. Pay zone Protection experiments with the mud added combination temporary block agent are carried out also, test results show employing the KCl organic positive colloids drilling fluid system and the grading of temporary blocking agent determined by ' ideal filling' theory can reduce the drilling damages to reservoirs in the Guantao group deposit in the G104-5 Block. A field operation program for G104-5P1 Well is established based on above research. Applications show that this technology reduces the damages of Guantao group poor cemented deposit and increases the output of oil well apparently.
