摘 要:HR型液压式扩孔器主要由活塞总成、弹簧、刀片3大部分组成。扩孔器下到设计井深后,开泵,活塞由液压推动下行,活塞上的圆螺母支撑刀片外张至最大外张位置时,即可加压进行扩孔作业。扩孔作业结束后停泵,液压消失,活塞在弹塞簧的反作用力下复位,刀片凭自重或外力收回刀槽内。影响扩孔作业的主要因素有地层岩性、扩孔前井眼施工情况、设备及仪表状况、钻井液性能、钻具组合及钻井参数。以REW井为侧,介绍了埃及GPC油田采用该扩孔器扩孔时所采取的技术措施及注意事项。在GPC油田的应用结果表明,该扩孔器的扩孔效果良好,值得推广应用。The HR type of hydraulic reamer mainly consists of piston assembly, spring, and blades. After running the reamer to planned depth, and then start the mud pump, the piston is driven down by hydraulic power. When the round nut supporting blades extend to the maximum position, hydraulic reaming can be implemented. After reaming operation, stop the pump and hydraulic pressure lost, the piston is revived by the counterforce exerted by a spring, and the blades withdraw to slots by self weight and outside forces. Main factors on reaming operations are formation lithology, wellbore situations before reaming, equipment and instrument conditions, mud properties, drill string assembly, and drilling parameters. Taking REW well for instance, this paper presents cautions and technical measures taken while reaming in the GPC Oilfield in Egypt. Application results show that the reamer performs good effects and is worth spreading.
