Milling-Repair Casing Technology Used in Crooked Well

摘  要:针对胜利油田打通道修复套管弯曲井时,由于磨铣工具单一,操作不规范造成的打通道效果不佳的问题,改进了磨铣工具,设计了找眼、扩铣、取直3种工艺管柱,形成套管弯曲井机械磨铣打通道技术。该技术首先利用高效领眼铣锥进行找眼和初始磨铣,然后使用多级高效锥面铣锥由小到大逐步扩铣变形段,最后将高效铣锥短节和铣锥组合使用对变形段进行强制取直。现场施工中,通过对施工管柱必要的校核计算,确定合理的操作参数,可以有效减少打通道施工中常见的套管开窗和管柱断裂等事故。胜利油田应用该技术对24口套管弯曲井进行了修复,23口井获得成功,成功率95.8%。机械磨铣打通道技术是修复套管弯曲井的一种有效的技术手段。In the Shengli Oilfield, passage quality is poor because of simplex milling tools and nonstandard operations while repairing casing strings in a crooked well. Therefore, the paper improves the milling tools, and designs three distinct repairing pipes called seeking, enlarging, and straightening. Based on the above three pipes, the mechanical milling repairing technology is developed. Firstly, to seek the wellbore and carry out initial milling by high-efficiency pilot taper mill; Secondly, to enlarge distortion casing strings step by step employing high-efficiency taper mill; Finally, a high-efficiency taper mill and a high-efficiency mill sub will be used together to straighten the deformed section. Before field operations, essential calculation and verification must be taken to confirm appropriate operation parameters, which are effective to reduce the common risks of milling windows in casing and the broken pipe. The technique is used in 24 crooked wells, 23 of them are successful with a 95. 8% of successful probability, which indicate that this technology is an effective means to repair casing strings in a skewed well.
