摘 要:目的了解我国不同地区社区卫生服务站的人员情况,并对其进行比较、分析。方法采用标准化问卷对全国11个省、直辖市的508个社区卫生服务站进行调查。结果社区卫生服务站平均有职工8·13人,其中东部地区平均为7·40人,西部为8·83人,中部为8·35人;社区卫生服务站医师的学历结构以大专为主,总体上中部地区的医师学历高于西部地区,西部高于东部;社区卫生服务站医生的职称构成以初级职称和中级职称为主,专业构成以西医为主,其中东部地区公卫医师所占比例较高。东部、西部、中部在人员的管理体制和运行机制以及参加岗位培训方面差异有显著性意义。结论提高社区卫生服务站医务人员的综合素质,是保证社区卫生服务质量的前提;增加社区卫生服务站在职人员的岗位培训是提高业务素质的重要途径;应优化社区卫生服务站的人员构成,减轻社区卫生服务站的人员负担;引入竞争机制,实行公开招聘和竞争上岗制度。Objective To know the state of health workforce in community health service station (CHSS) in different areas,then compare and analyse the difference among them.Methods 508 CHSS in 11 provinces were investigated by standard questionnaire.Results The average amount of health worker each CHSS are 8.13 in general,7.40 in eastern,8.83 in western and 8.35 in middle cities.Medical educational level of GPs in CHSS is 3-year college mainly.In general,the medical educational level of GP in CHSS in middle is higher than that in western and eastern cities.In CHSS,the technique post of GPs is primary and middle mainly,while the dominating specialty of GPs in CHSS is Western medicine,and the percentage of public health physician in eastern is higher than that in western and middle.There are differences in management system,circulating mechanism and posting training in different areas in CHSS.Conclusion The premise of quality of community health service is to enhancing the comprehensive ability of the medical staff of community health service station.Increasing the post training is the way to enhance the technical skill.It should be optimized in the structure of personnel stuff in CHSS and decrease the burden of it.The competing mechanism should be adopted in CHSS,and the post competition and invitation of applications for jobs in public should be put into practice.
