摘　　要：本文建立了利用势效系数作社会经济系统剖面研究的理论和方法,相当于社会经济系统的CT技术,并通过几个例子介绍了这种方法的应用.This paper established the theory and method to nesearch the section of socioeconomic system using potential effect coefficient. It corresponds with the CT technology of socioeconomic system. There are also several exampls as introduction to the method in the paper.
