广东省社区卫生服务成本及补偿现况研究

摘　　要：目的调查广东省社区卫生服务机构运行现况。方法采用问卷调查和深入访谈的方式。结果广东省城市社区卫生服务机构运行情况总体较好,但政府对社区卫生服务的拨款补偿程度差异很大。结论在社区卫生服务中,要进一步加强和完善成本、补偿等运行机制的研究,不断提升社区卫生服务的水平。Objective This article analyses the developing condition of community health service in Guangdong province.Methods The methods of interview and questionnaire were used.Results The developing condition of community health service in Guangdong province is generally good.The government has compensated the community health service in some cities in different degree,bet in other cities it has not.Conclusion In community health service,we should further strengthen and perfect the study of the reimbursement mechanism such as cost and compensation,and gradually improve the level of community health service.
