摘  要:采用二次通用旋转设计,研究了菜豆种子产量与栽培密度、施氮量、施磷量和施钾量的定量关系,建立了以菜豆种子产量为目标函数的数学模型,解析了各因子对产量的主效应及互作效应。结果表明,建立的回归模型达极显著水平,且拟合较好;各栽培因子对菜豆种子产量的影响为:栽培密度>氮>钾>磷;栽培密度与氮、磷和钾的交互效应在0.1水平显著。最后对回归模型进行了仿真优化,提出了菜豆种子生产优化组合方案:栽培密度19.508~21.313万株/hm2;施氮量292.664~324.128kg/hm2;施磷量93.938~144.023kg/hm2,施钾量437.400~492.300kg/hm2。The relationships of common bean seed yield and density,nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium fertilizers were studied,and a mathematic model involving the four factors and common bean seed yield was established by using general rotational regression design.The results indicated that,under the condition of this experiment design,factors affecting common bean yield were in such an order as plant density>nitrogen fertilizers>potassium fertilizers>phosphorus fertilizers,and the interactive effect between density and nitrogen,potassium and phosphorus on yield were significant at the level of 0.1.The optimum comprehensive practices of high yield were:density:19.508~21.313×104 plant/hm2;N 292.664~324.128 kg/hm2 ;P_2O_5 93.938~144.023 kg/hm2;K_2O 437.400~492.300 kg/hm2.
