摘 要:以比对试验为基础,运用断裂力学原理分析了表面缺陷和夹杂物对冷墩钢冷墩性能的影响,通过分析得知冷墩钢冷墩开裂的主要原因是钢材表面存在折叠、划伤、发纹等表面缺陷,冷墩变形时缺陷底部产生切应力集中且梯度较大,使变形局部化,造成脆性开裂。而夹杂物的弹性模量和缺口敏感系数较小,切应力集中不足以导致变形局部化,对冷墩性能的影响不显著。Based on contrast test and apply fracture mechanics theory, effect of surface bug and inclusions on cold forging capability of cold forging steel is analysed. By analysis, cold forging steel occurred cold forging crack, the important reason is that there are surface bug like overlaps and pull injury and hairlines etc. on surface of steel. Shear stress come into being on bottom of bug and its grads is rather great when cold forging distortion, distortion is localized and occurred brittle fracture. But longitudinal modulus of elastictiy and notch sensitivity of inclusions are less, shear stress centralize fall short of occurr localized distortion, effect is inapparent on cold forging capability.
