摘　　要：介绍了大冶380m高炉炉渣处理系统的工艺设备设计。该系统采用嘉恒法炉渣处理方法,布置紧凑,占地小,安全可靠。返渣提升采用气力提升机,将使系统更加优化。对于老厂区改造或总图布置紧张的企业,有很好的借鉴意义。This article introduces the technology and equipment design of slag disposal system of 380m^3 blast furnace for daye special steel company.This system used JiaHeng slag disposal technique,it has compact arrangement and good security.Backing slag lifting system used air hoister,it optimized system freely.This design helps to reform old plant and compacts its general arrangement.
