摘　　要：目的:探讨外鼻缺损的整复方法及疗效。方法:回顾分析1990年1月至2004年1月外鼻缺损38例的临床资料,根据整复方法分为额部皮瓣18例(其中额部横行皮瓣5例,正中皮瓣13例),鼻唇沟皮瓣13例,耳郭复合瓣3例,替尔氏皮片4例。结果:38例移植物全部成活,鼻外形基本满意。结论:根据外鼻缺损的部位及大小,采用适当的整复方法,可获得较满意的疗效。Objective: To evaluate the reconstructive method and therapeutic effect of external nose defect. Method: The clinical data of 38 patients with external nose defect were retrospectively analysed.18 patients were reconstructed with frontal region flaps, 13 with nasolabial fold flaps, 3 with auricle flaps and 4 with skin grafts. Result: All the flaps and skin grafts were trasplanted successfully.Conclusion: With suitable reconstructive method, all the defects can be repaired successfully with satisfactory flaps and skin grafts.
