摘  要:目的研究四君子汤总多糖及各单味药多糖对大鼠小肠上皮细胞株IEC-6细胞增殖的影响。方法以IEC-6细胞为研究对象,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法,观察四君子汤总多糖及各单味药多糖对该细胞增殖的影响。结果各多糖的作用存在差异,茯苓多糖具有明显的促进细胞生长的作用,甘草多糖与党参多糖作用不显著,而白术多糖则具有明显的抑制细胞生长的作用。当采用每两味多糖组合时,结果表明所有两组多糖作用强度远不如四君子汤总多糖。结论四君子汤总多糖的作用可能是各种单味药多糖综合作用的结果,也提示中药复方用药具有一定的合理性。Objective To survey the effect of total polysaccharide (TPS) from sijunzi tang decoction (SJZT,a TCM preparation;namely,decoction of four noble drugs) or four separate polysaccharides (SPS) from the decoction′s four ingredients on the intestinal epithelial cell (IEC)-6 proliferation in rats. Methods Taking IEC-6 as subject,thiazolyl blue method (MTT colorimetry) was used to observe the influence of TPS from SJZT and four SPS isolated from the decoction′s four ingredients on the cell′s proliferation. Results Five polysaccharides above-mentioned showed different actions;pachyman had a marked promotion to cell growth,while glycyrrhiza polysaccharide or codonopsis polysaccharide had no marked one;conversely,atractylodes polysaccharide showed a marked inhibition to cell growth.Dismemberment study proved that any combination of two separate polysaccharides worked in a way far inferior to the total polysaccharide of SJZT. Conclusion The effect of SJZT′s total polysaccharide may be a comprehensive one from the four ingredients,suggesting that TCM′s formula making-up be reasonable.
