摘　　要：在空气冲击造型已有研究的基础上，结合室式燃气冲击造型的优点，提出并研究了仓式空气冲击造型法。它采用普通造型用砂箱来进行空气冲击造型，大大降低了对砂箱强度及加工精度的要求，从而使砂箱的制造成本和维护费用大幅度降低。本文对仓式空气冲击造型的主要影响因素进行了试验研究，确定了有关控制参数。torehOuse type air impacting molding is put forward and researched on the base of air impacting molding achievements in especial the advantage of chamber type gas impacting molding.Conventional molding box is used in this research with the result of dramatical decrement of requirement of strength and manufacturing accuracy of sand box for air impacting molding as well as reduction of production and maintenance cost of sand box. Experimental researchon major effective factors on storehouse type air impacting molding has been carried out and relevant controlling parameters decided.
