宁神合剂对更年期综合征患者性激素、白介素—2及临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药复方宁神合剂对更年期综合征患者的性激素、白介素-2(IL-2)的影响和临床疗效。方法:通过宁神合剂对更年期综合征患者的治疗,以更年安为对照,观察患者促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、IL-2和临床疗效。结果:宁神合剂组与更年安组均能提高 E_2水平,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);更年安组在影响 FSH、LH、E_2指标上,与宁神合剂组相当,差异无显著性(P>0.05);宁神合剂对 IL-2的作用,与治疗前比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),但临床疗效宁神合剂组有提高趋势。结论:宁神合剂有提高 E_2的作用,可能为宁神合剂治疗更年期综合征的机理之一。宁神合剂有提高白介素-2的趋势,其提高机体免疫功能的作用尚需从多方面进行分析和探讨。Objective:To explore effects of Ningshen Mixture on contents of sexual hormones,interleukin-2(IL-2)and the therapeutic effect in the patient of menopausal syndrome.Methods:Patients in the Ningshen Mixture group were treated with Ningshen Mixture and the control group with Gengnianan.Level of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_2)and IL-2 and the therapeutic effect were investigated.Results:After treatment E_2 level was increased in both groups with a significant difference as compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the effects of Gengnianan and Ningshen Mixture on FSH,LH and E_2 level were similar with no significant difference between groups;After treatment,Ningshen Mixture did not have significant action on IL-2 level(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ningshen Mixture can increase E_2 level,which is possibly one of the mechanisms.
