中药防治鼻咽癌急性放射性口咽炎60例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨用中药减轻鼻咽癌患者放疗所致的口咽急性毒性的疗效。方法:120例鼻咽癌患者随机分为实验组(中药辅助治疗)60例和对照组(朵贝尔液含漱)60例,观察两组放射性口咽炎的发生情况和程度及总治疗时间和近期疗效。结果:两组均无0级口咽炎,实验组放射性口咽炎的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组和对照组总治疗时间分别为(48.78±2.03)天和(52.43±3.18)天,差异有显著性(P<0.01);近期疗效分别为完全缓解率88.33%和81.67%,部分缓解率26.67%和30.00%,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:中药配合放疗可明显减轻鼻咽癌患者的急性放射性口咽炎,且无明显毒副作用,不影响近期疗效。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine for prevention and treatment of acute radiation oropharyngeal inflammation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:120 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into an experiment group of 60 cases treated with Chinese herbal medicine and a control group of 60 cases with gargling of Dobell's solution.The incidence rate and the extent of radiation oropharyngeal inflammation,total therapeutic time and short-term therapeutic effect in both groups were investigated.Results:There was no oropharyngeal inflammation of grade 0 in both groups. The incidence rate of radiation oropharyngeal inflammation in the experiment group was significantly lower and the effective rate was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01);The total therapeutic time was(48.78±2.03) days in the experiment group and(52.43±3.18)days in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01);The short-term therapeutic effect was CR88.33%,PR26.67% in the experiment group and CR81.67%,PR 30. 00% in the control group with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine combined with radiotherapy can relieve acute radiotherapy oropharyngeal inflammation in the patient of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with no significant adverse reaction and do not influence the short-term therapeutic effect.
