摘　　要：本文通过对中国与西方成熟市场国家可转换公司债券市场、风险收益特征、设计条款等方面的比较研究,发现我国可转换公司债券是世界上最理想最有投资价值的投资品种。Though the comparative study of the convertible bonds market,risk yield and items of bonds,the author thinks the convertible bonds in China's market is the most attractive investment variety.
