摘　　要：针对铁路车辆段轮对磁粉探伤机参数的监测,介绍了单片机技术在该领域的应用, 及对弱信号的多路采集、与计算机的数据通信、数据的标定等,提出了器件应用中的注意事项。According to the examination to the parameters of magnetic powder wheel couple crack detector in railway engine section, the application of single chip computer technology in this field is introduced. And the multiple acquisition of weak signals, data communication with computer, calibration of data are introduced too. Some tips are provided for the application of devices.
