摘　　要：实时Linux作为廉价并且可靠性高的实时操作系统,在通讯与数字控制领域越来越得到广泛的应用。SERCOS接口是新一代的数字驱动器运动控制总线接口。介绍了SERCOS总线接口的基本概念。阐述基于实时Linux的SERCOS接口—LINSERCANS的基本结构、使用方法、与SERCOS接口的关系及其在生产中、高档数控系统中的优势,并以数控横切机为例说明LINSERCANS的应用。Real time Linux as a cheap and reliable real time system is used more and more widely in the field of communication and numeral control.SERCOS interface is a kind of motion control bus for new generation numeral driver.Introduces some simple concept of SERCOS bus interface.Describes the basic architecture,application of LIN-SERCANS which is a SERCOS interface and based on real time Linux.Explains the relationship between SERCOS and LIN-SERCANS and the advantage of it on the mid-high quality NC system developing.And shows its application by Cut Machine as an example.
