摘  要:双级电压互感器和感应分压器具有准确度高、稳定性好的优点,但高压双级电压互感器和高压感应分压器绝缘复杂,制造难度甚大。华北电科院成功研制了35kV0.001级双级电压互感器,并达到35kV高电压等级,研制成功国际上第一套100/3^(1/2)kV0.002级双级电压互感器,建成了100V-100/3^(1/2)kV完整的高电压比例标准检定系统。文章重点介绍研制中的关键技术和创新点。Double level potential transformer and inductive voltage divider have the advantages of high accuracy and good stability, but HV double level potential transformer is complex for insulation and difficult for manufacturing. Double level potential transformer of 35 kV with an accuracy of 0.001 were devebped successfully by North China Electric Power Research Institute, which reached the highest grade of 35 kV, and double level potential transformer of 110 /3^(1/2) kV with an accuracy of 0.002 were also developed successfully, which was the first one on the world. HV proportion standard self-checking system of 100 V-110 /3^(1/2) kV were established, and the crucial technology and innovation points in the R&D were introduced in the paper.
