摘 要:从2002年电力供应又出现紧张趋势后,2003年缺电更加严重,限电对供电可靠率的影响达到46.77%,2004年限电对供电可靠率的影响更是达到了57%,也就是说近60%的停电是因为发电能力不足造成的限电。因此,可以说2004年供电可靠水平的下降主要是因为严重的缺电。文章以大量的统计数据为基础,分析了我国2004年290个城市的供电可靠性现状,剖析了故障停电、预安排停电(系统电源不足限电及非限电类预安排停电)主要原因,并提出了今后提高供电可靠性的方向和途径。Since the tense tendency of power supply arose in 2002, power shortage was more serious in 2003, the influence of load limit on reliability rate of power supply reached 46.77%, and the more to reach 57% in 2004, that was near 60% of power failure caused by insufficient generation capacity and load limit. Therefore, it can say that the major reason for dropping power suppfy reliability level in 2004 is serious power shortage. Based on plenty of statistical data, the paper analyzed the present situation of power supply reliability of the 290 cities in China in 2004, and discussed the major reason for fault outage and scheduled outage (load limit for insufficient power system source and scheduled outage of no load limit), and put forward the direction and the way for improving the reliability of power suppfy in the future.
