摘　　要：通过对目前机械故障诊断,特别是对各种柴油机故障诊断理论和技术方法的综合研究,结合舰船上常用的柴油机的特点,提出了用应变片采集缸盖振动的应变响应、用局域波理论实施非平稳信号分析的在线智能的故障诊断新思路,并给出了这种方法的基本原理、主要内容以及实施方法。Based on the comprehensive analysis of fault diagnosis theories and technical methods of the diesel engine, combined with characteristics of warship diesel engine. This paper put forwords a new method to diagnose the fault of the diesel engine by collecting strain responses of the cylinder cover through the strain flakes, and analyzing the non-stationary signals according to the local-wave theory, its basic theory and its operational procedures.
