摘　　要：论文阐述了网络文化的基本内涵,全面分析了图书馆与网络文化的关系,研究了图书馆在网络文化建设中的地位和作用,提出了面对网络文化的冲击图书馆应采取的相关策略和措施。This paper elaborates the fundamental connotation of network culture, completely analyzes the relationship between library and network culture,researches the position and action of library in network culture construction , proposes related tactics and steps which should be adopted by library facing the shock of network culture.
