摘  要:目的研究近红外漫反射光谱法(NIRDRS)技术应用于中药注射剂品种质量鉴别的新方法。方法系统考察了制样、分辨率、扫描次数、重复扫描次数等对光谱信息质量产生影响的因素,分别测定板蓝根、川芎、红花、黄芪、鱼腥草等中药注射剂的近红外光谱。结果各种注射剂原始图谱具有较大的相似性,但经过聚类分析及褶合光谱相似度计算,可以较好的对不同种注射剂进行鉴别。结论以近红外方法建立中药注射剂的模式识别库具有一定的可行性,且该方法具有成本低、样品无损耗、环保、速度快、操作简便、鉴别结果可靠等优点,有推广价值。Objective A new method for identification of traditional Chinese medicine injection by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (NIRDRS) was investigated.Methods For the steadiness of spectra, the factors influencing spectrum information quality over the experiment procedures and instrumental setting, such as the preparation of samples, resolution,and scanning frequency,were all investigated.The traditional Chinese medicine injections Radix Isatidis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Flos Carthami, Radix Astragali,and Herba Houttuyniae were used as the analytical samples.Results Although all these original spectra were similar to a certain degree, the cluster analysis and convolution spectral similarity coefficient could be used to identify these injections.Conclusions The identification by NIRDRS is inexpensive, non-destructive, clean, fast, simple and convenient.This method is suitable for creating identification database of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
