实时超声引导下经皮腔内球囊下腔静脉成形术中的应用

摘　　要：本文报道应用实时超声引导经皮肤穿刺球囊下腔静脉成形术治疗Ｂｕｄｄ－Ｃｈｉａｒｉ综合征。文中讨论了Ｂｕｄｄ－Ｃｈｉａｒｉ综合征的声像图特征，超声监视引导方法及其优点．作者认为：超声引导经皮腔内球囊下腔静脉成形避免了放射性损伤和对比剂的副作用，设备条件要求简单，监视引导效果安全可靠，住院期短，费用低廉．有较大的实用和推广应用价值．Percutanous balloon angioprasty guided by real-time ultrasound in 36 patients with Budd-Chiari's syndrome was reported. The ultrasonic characteristics of Budd-Chiari's syndroms, the method and advantage of ultrasonic guidance were discussed. The result suggests that the percutaneous ballon angioplasty guided by real-time ultrasound has been shown to be safe and effective.It decroases the time of hospitalization with relatively low cost, avoids damage caused by radiation and the side effects of contrast agent. The facilities needed are rather simple. It is sugsested that it is the method of choice to treat Budd-Chiari's syndrome.
