华蟾素抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒实验研究

摘　　要：作者采用鸭乙型肝炎动物模型研究华蟾素抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒（ＤＨＢＶ）作用，并观察其毒性作用。结果显示华蟾素注射液１ｍｌ／ｋｇ组１０只麻鸭在用药后第１２周时有９只鸭ＨＢＶ脱氧核糖核酸（ＤＨＢＶＤＮＡ）阴转；３ｍｌ／ｋｇ组１０只中７只阴转。而对照组９只中仅一只阴转。光镜观察华蟾素组鸭肝病理有明显改善。电镜观察两组肝细胞亚微结构改善均不明显。实验表明华蟾素对ＤＨＢＶ有明显抑制作用；且能改善鸭肝病理变化。AbstractTherapeutic and side effects of cinobufotrlin was observed on animal model ofduck hepatitis B. The results showed that 9 of the l0 ducks in the cinobufotalin group(1mg/kg)got DHBV DNA negative conversion by the twelfth week. 7 out of l0 gotngaetive conversion in the other group received doses of 3mg/kg(n= 10).Only 1 outof 9 ducls got megative conversion in the control group.Improventnt of liver pathology and histology was sognificant in the cinofobutalin group under microscopy.No obvious improvement in submicroscopic structrue was moted umder electron microcopy in the three groups.groups.This study indicated that cinobufotalin gas a distinst effect in ingibiting the DHBV
