流行性出血热病毒及环磷酰胺对自然杀伤细胞的影响

摘　　要：应用３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ同位素释放法，以流行性出血热病毒（ＥＨＦＶ）和／或环磷酰胺（ＣＹ）使用鼠的自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞作效应细胞，以对ＮＫ细胞敏感的小鼠肿瘤细胞（ＹＡＣ－１细胞）作靶细胞，进行免疫杀伤实验。实验发现，ＥＨＦＶ感染鼠的ＮＫ细胞活性，高于正常对照组（ｐ＜０．０５）；ｄ若向已感染ＥＨＦＶ鼠再注射剂量为１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重的ＣＹ，则其Ｎｋ细胞活力明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示自然杀伤细胞可能在抗ＢＨＦＶ感染中起重要作用。The adult mice injected with l00 mg/kg cyclophosphamide got sensitive to epide-mlc hemorragic fever virus(EHFV).We applied3H-TdR release assay to analyse theactivity of NK cells due to its very important role in early anti-infection. The resu- Its showed that the activities of NK cells which were increased by EHEV declinesignificantly following cyclophosphamide treatment.It Was supposed that the activation,proiifiration and differentiation of NK cells caused by virus led it fragile to cyclo- phosphamide.These findings implicated it improper that the patients with EHF wereadministeerd with immnuo-suppressive drugs.
