摘 要:根据西安热工研究院有限公司对我国低挥发分煤种燃烧特性的研究成果及对现役W型火焰锅炉运行实绩的调研分析,认为燃用低挥发分煤种的W型火焰锅炉飞灰可燃物偏高的主要原因是对低挥发分煤种的着火和燃尽特性认识不足,设计煤粉细度偏粗;炉膛参数选取失当,炉膛偏小。对此提出了深入了解设计煤种特性、审慎选择燃烧方式、准确选择炉膛特性参数、合理选择煤粉细度,以及适当加大磨煤机出力裕度等建议和相应的技术对策。Based on research achievements of Xi’an Thermal Power Research Institute Co Ltd about combustion behavior of low volatile coal sorts in our country, as well as on investigation and analysis of operation performance of existing W-shaped flame boilers, it is considered that the main causes leading to somewhat higher unburned combustible in flue dust of W-shaped flame boilers are as follows: insufficient understanding the ignition and burn-to-ash properties of low volatile coal sorts, the designed coal fineness was somewhat coarse; the furnace parameters were not properly selected, the furnace was somewhat small. For these reasons, some recommandations and corresponding countermeasures have been put forward, such as deeply understanding the properties of designed coal quality, carefully selecting the combustion mode, accurately selecting furnace characteristic parameters, as well as reasonably selecting fineness of pulverized coal, and suitably increasing output capacity margin of the pulverizer etc..
