摘  要:建立了分布参数的控制循环锅炉水循环系统的非线性动态数学模型。水冷壁采用与时间和空间有关的分布参数模型,汽包和下降管采用集总参数模型,可以模拟在空间上的水冷壁受热不均及分布参数的动态特性。模型由质量、能量、动量守恒方程导出,并根据锅炉的实际结构尺寸计算,既可以用于锅炉制造厂分析锅炉的起动过程进行优化设计,也可以用于锅炉动态特性的研究。对一台控制循环锅炉在典型扰动工况下的扰动试验表明,该模型可以正确地反映锅炉的动态特性。A non-linear dynamic mathematic model for water circulation system of controlled circulation boiler has been established by using distributed parameters. For the water-wall, a model with distributed parameters correlated with time and space is adopted; for drum and downcomer, a model with lumped parameters being adopted. The non-uniform heating of the water-wall in respect of space, and dynamic behavior of the distributed parameters can be simulated by using the said model. The model was derived from conservation of mass, energy, and momentum, and calculated on the basis of real construction size of the boiler. The said model not only can be used for analysing the start-up process in the boiler manufacturing factory, but also can be used for studying dynamic behavior of the boiler. A disturbance test under typical disturbance condition of one controlled circulation boiler shows that the said model can correctly express dynamic behavior of the boiler.
