自主神经过度反射血浆NE的改变

摘　　要：对１０例胸腰段损伤截瘫和１０例颈髓损伤四肢瘫病人以膀胱叩击法诱发自主神经过度反射，膀胱叩击前和叩击３分钟后分别测定血浆中去甲基肾上腺素（ＮＥ）浓度。结果表明，叩击膀胱可引起血浆中ＮＥ升高，而四肢瘫病人血浆中ＮＥ升高更为明显。通过观察自主神经过度反射时血浆中ＮＥ的变化，进一步证实自主神经过度反射的原因是由于高位脊髓损伤后，损伤平面以下交感神经失去中枢下行抑制控制而发生过度反射所致。We elicited autonomic hyperreflexia with percussion of bladder on patients with spinal cord injury(10 with cervical spinal cord injury and 10 with thoraco lumbar spinal cord injury).Before and during percussion of bladder,the NE in plasma were measured.The results showed that percussion of bladder could cause the rise of NE in plasma.And the rise of NE in plasma of patients with cervical spinal cord injury was much higher.The mechanism of autonomic hyperreflexia of the change in NE in patients' plasma is discussed.
