摘 要:以公安部交通管理局公布的数据为基础,报告我国近40多年来,道路交通事故及其所致的伤亡不断上升,分别增加了约30倍至50余倍;万车死亡率有明显下降趋势,由1951年的137.64人降至1993年的27.27人,但仍远高于发达国家(<5人),10万人死亡率有增高的趋势,由1951年的0.15人增至1993年的5.29人,但低于发达国家(>7.7人),这显然与我国人均汽车拥有量较少有关。通过分析道路交通事故伤流行病学因素和肇事原因,认为减少交通事故及其所致的伤亡,需进行综合治理,调节好“人车路”系统间的平衡,其中关键问题是提高所有道路使用者的安全意识和人人严格遵守交通规则。Based on an analysis of the parameters provided by the Traffic Administration Bureau and the Ministry of Public Security,this paper presents that in the recent 40 years,the road traffic accident (RTA) and RTT has incontinuously increased by 30 50 times or more.The death rate per 10,000 vehicles showed a tendency of decrease significantly (from 137.64 persons in 1951 to 27.27 persons in 1993),but still much more than that in the developed countries (<5 persons).However,the death rate per 100,000 people showed a tendency of increase (from 0.15 person in 1991 to 5.29 persons in 1993),but less than that in the developed countries (>7.7 persons).It is obviously related to much less mean possessed amount of automobile per person in China.After an analysis of some epidemiological factors of RTT,it is suggested that in order to reduce RTA and RTT a comprehensive treatment be necessary,thus being able to better regulate the balance of 'man vehicle road'sytem.The key measures,however,are to improve the safety sense of all road users and let everybody follow the traffic regulations.
