摘 要:目的:探讨由何首乌、熟地、肉苁蓉等中药组成的还少丹对大鼠血脂、载脂蛋白-胆固醇、过氧化脂质含量和单胺氧化酶活性的影响。方法:实验于2005-04在湖南中医学院分子生物学实验室完成。24只健康SD老年大鼠,随机分为对照组和药物组,每组12只。药物组用还少丹水煎液(由何首乌、熟地、肉苁蓉等中药组成)灌胃2mL(含生药7g)/(kg.d),对照组用等量生理盐水灌胃,5d/周,另2d自由饮水,给药80d。大鼠禁食12h后取血,检测血脂和载脂蛋白-胆固醇的含量,测定血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量,并取脑组织测定单胺氧化酶活性。结果:21只老年大鼠进入结果分析。①三酰甘油含量:药物组明显低于对照组[(0.97±0.11,1.50±0.93)mmol/L,(t=11.98,P<0.01)]。②低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇:药物组明显低于对照组[(1.99±0.11,2.94±0.12)mmol/L,(t=18.68,P<0.01)]。③谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性:药物组明显高于对照组[(37.34±2.00,31.51±2.33)nkat/L,(t=6.25,P<0.01)]。④丙二醛含量:药物组明显低于对照组[(13.79±1.01,17.70±1.41)nmol/mL,(t=5.12,P<0.01)]。⑤单胺氧化酶活性:药物组明显低于对照组[(0.07±0.01,0.24±0.02)nkat/g,(t=13.27,P<0.01)]。结论:①还少丹能降低大鼠血清中三酰甘油、总胆固醇的含量,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇/低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的比值,起到抗动脉粥样硬化的效应。②有效地提高大鼠血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,抑制大鼠脑内的单胺过氧化物酶活性,产生抗衰老的作用。AIM: To investigate influence of Huanshao dan, which consists of Chinese herbs of tuber fleeceflower root, prepared rehmannia root and desertliving cistanche, on the contents of blood lipids, apolipopro-tein-cholesterol and lipid peroxidation and the activity of monoamine peroxidase. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the laboratory of molecular biology, Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in April 2005. Twenty-four healthy SD aging rats were randomly divided into control group (n=12) and treatment group (n=12). Rats in the treatment group received gastric perfusion of Huanshao dan decoction (consisted of Chinese herbs of tuber fleeceflower root, prepared rehmannia root and desertliving cistanche), 2 mL (containing 7 g crude drug) per day; Those in the control group were treated with gastric perfusion of saline of the same volume, 5 days every week, and they drank the drug freely in the other 2 days in the week, they were ad-ministrated for 80 days. Blood samples were drawn after being fasted for 12 hours, the contents of blood lipids and apolipoprotein-cholesterol were detected, the activity of glutathione peroxidase and content of malondialdehyde in serum were determined; Brain tissue was taken out to detect the activity of monoamine oxidase. RESULTS: Twenty-one aging rats were involved in the analysis of re-sults. ① The content of triglyceride was obviously lower in the treat-ment group than in the control group [(0.97±0.11),(1.50±0.93) mmol / L, t =11.98, P < 0.01]. ② The content of low density lipoprotein cholesterol was markedly lower in the treatment group than in the control group [(1.99±0.11), (2.94 ±0.12) mmol / L, t=18.68, P < 0.01]. ③ The activity of glutathione peroxidase was obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group [(37.34±2.00), (31.51±2.33) nkat / L, t=6.25, P < 0.01]. ④ The content of malondialdehyde in the treatment group was markedly lower than that in the control group [(13.79±1.01), (17.70±1.41) nmol / mL, t=5.12, P < 0.01]. ⑤ The a
