摘　　要：目前,工作流技术在管理、生产等领域中已经被广泛应用。由于业务管理的复杂性和变化性等原因,如何建立良构的业务过程是一个比较现实的问题。因此,对过程模型进行分析和优化成为工作流技术的研究方向之一。本文先介绍了电信业务管理的系统结构,而后提出由业务过程元素,数据流及其关联构建业务模型的方法,以达到集中共享的流程构建方案。最后,给出了基于统一产品目录的业务管理实例。Nowadays,workflow technology has been intensively applied in the domains of management and production. For the complexity and variability of process management, how to build a well-structured business process is a practical problem. Thus, process model analysis and improvement become one of research directions in workflow technology. Firstly, this paper introduces the telecom service management architecture,and then proposes a method that process model can be built using process elements,data flow and their relations in order to promote convergence on stable, reusable flow solutions. Finally, the paper represents an example of the reuse method of telecommunication service development flow framework based on the unified product catalog.
