摘  要:用血管植入游离神经移植、带血管蒂神经移植和单纯游离神经移植桥接10mm神经缺损,观察5天~3个月,毛细血管染色、血管灌注和再生神经组织学及电生理检测结果表明,血管植入神经移植和带血管蒂移植早期移植体血管化程度,以及后期再生神经纤维面积恢复率、神经传导速度均相似,且明显优于游离神经移植.Three groups of 42 Wistar rats were used to compare the performance of free nerve grafts with vascular implantation,vascularized nerve grafts and free nerve grafts.The regeneration of blood vessels was assessed from 5 to 30 days after repairing and the regeneration of nerve fibers from 2 to 3 months.Histochemical staining,morphological and electrophysiological examination showed that the vascularization level and the regeneration of nerve fibers in the vascular implantation group were similar to those in vascularized group.Both were much better than those in the free nerve group.(Original article on page 207)
