摘 要:采用紫外线照射加速老化实验方法对喷涂IMR纳米复合涂层与现役飞机结构典型涂层的试件进行了对比实验,定量地描述了涂层色差随着老化时间的变化.与现役飞机涂层相比,纳米复合涂层的抗紫外线老化性能有明显改进.研究结果为纳米复合涂层在典型军用飞机结构中的应用提供了实验依据.Comparison tests of specimens painted with IMR series of nano-composite coatings and the typical coatings applied presently for aircraft structures were conduced by an accelerated aging test method with UV radiation.The chromatism variations of the coatings with aging time were described quantitatively. In comparison with the coatings applied presently for aircraft structures,the nano-composite coatings showed better anti-aging performance to UV radiation.Therefore,it is prospectively expected that the nano-composite coatings is suitabe cadidate of protective coating for typical aircraft structures.
