摘 要:利用电化学腐蚀试验测试装置及静态高温高压釜,通过线性极化法和Tafel外推法、腐蚀失重法评价了裸样N80油套管钢及其镍磷镀防腐层的抗CO2腐蚀性能.结果表明,在抗CO2腐蚀方面,Ni-P镀层的腐蚀趋势比裸样的腐蚀趋势小,腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀速率低;且电化学测试结果与高压釜测试结果一致,即化学镀Ni-P试样的耐蚀性优于裸样的耐蚀性.By means of electrochemical measurement and static high temperature and high pressure corrosion test,CO_2 corrosion behavior of N80 steel without and with Ni-P coating was investigated in terms of line polarization curve with Tafel extension and corrosion weight-loss.The results show that the resistance to CO_2 corrosion of Ni-P coated N80 steel is better than the bare N80 steel,and of the former the corrosion current density and corrosion rate are lower than that of the later sample.The results of the electrochemical experiment and autoclave measurement are consistent obviously,that is to say, the Ni-P coating possesses much better resistance to CO_2 corrosion than the bare sample.
