中药消炎止血胶囊减少大鼠药物流产后阴道出血的药理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药消炎止血胶囊减少药物流产后阴道出血的药理学作用。方法:观察消炎止血胶囊对大鼠在体子宫及药物流产后子宫平滑肌中NO含量、NOS活力的影响。结果:消炎止血胶囊低剂量组可增加大鼠在体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度,显著降低药物流产后子宫肌NO含量;中剂量组显著降低药物流产后大鼠子宫肌NO、NOS含量,增加大鼠在体子宫平滑肌收缩幅度及子宫活动力;高剂量组对大鼠在体子宫活动力有一定抑制作用。结论:消炎止血胶囊能增强大鼠子宫平滑肌兴奋性,使子宫收缩增强,起到缩短药物流产后阴道出血时间的作用。Objective: To investigate mechanism of Xiao Yan Zhi Xue Capsule in treating uterine bleeding after medical abortion. Methods: Experiments were made on rats to evaluate the mechanism of action of Xiao Yan Zhi Xue Capsule. The content of NO and activities of NOS in rats'uterine muscles were measured after using Xiao Yan Zhi Xue Capsule during medical abortion. Results: The smallest dosage of Xiao Yan Zhi Xue Capsule can decrease the content of NO; The middle dosage of ones can obviously decrease the content of NO and NOS, increase the amplitude and activities of the uterus contractions; The most dosage of ones was inhibiting. Conlusion: Xiao Yan Zhi Xue Capsule can enhance the activities of the uterus contractions, shorten time of bleeding after medical abortion.
