摘　　要：利用KH-9250数据采集卡与计算机技术,通过对旋转式双圆筒粘度计设备改装,把试验中的模拟量转化为数字量,实现测试EPC涂料流变性的数据自动采集、处理,并通过程序生成τ-γ曲线,可直观地在计算机界面上显示图形,且测试有关性能数据方便、可靠。With the KH9250 board and computer, the test of rheology is done. The old equipments of circumvolve double cylinder conglutination are replaced. And the test uses the board converse the data form the analog signals to the digital, which improves the former equipments. The rheology test of collecting, analyzing data and creating the curve with precision and automation is given.
